Step 2: Finalist: Take the GRIT 2.0 Gauge Assessment - If you are an Individual Finalist, log on to the [Peak Learning Portal](https://peaktools.global/GRITAwards2025)  - Time required: Approximately 5–10 minutes  - You will need to create a login before beginning the test.  - Your GRIT score will be part of the overall evaluation.  - Please have the test completed by September 6, 2025   Step 3: Everyone: Public Voting for People's Choice Award VOTE for the People's Choice Awards!  Congratulations on reaching the finals. You’ve proven your excellence—now it’s time to rally support for the People's Choice Awards. - Who is eligible?
