If you'd like to create your artwork, please review our branding guidelines and logo use here. After reviewing our policies, finalists can use our licensed logos and marks once. Photos can be used, but we ask you to cite the owner when used commercially.

• You will need to create a login before beginning the test. 

• Your GRIT score will be part of the overall evaluation.

The GRIT Awards evaluation is designed to be objective and comprehensive by incorporating multiple perspectives.

• By combining human expertise, AI analysis, and a standardized GRIT assessment, we reduce potential bias from any single source and ensure all finalists are measured against the same fair and transparent framework. 

  • One-third: Evaluation by human judges reviewing your application for achievements, impact, and leadership. 

  • One-third: AI-assisted review to provide an unbiased, data-driven assessment based on consistent criteria. 

  • One-third: Your GRIT Gauge, developed by Dr. Paul Stoltz, the leading gold standard which measures growth, resilience, instinct, and tenacity. 

• What's the dress code?  The Awards are 'Business Dressy".  Suits, ties, and dresses are suggested. Come dressed for our red carpet photos and video interviews.  This year, we're at a new venue: the Briar Club.  The event will be a star-studded time, complete with comedy and laughs!

• How can I attend the award ceremony?  You may purchase your ticket here.

• Why do you charge finalists for in-person attendance?  Like many, we've been impacted by the supply chain crunch.  Our small team works very hard to produce high-quality and impactful events. We appreciate your understanding of our need to charge for your participation.  

NOTE: We expect to sell out this year, so please get your seats and tables in advance.
