The most dangerous move in business is the failure to make a move. Global business celebrity and primetime Bloomberg Television host, [Jeffrey W. Hayzlett](https://www.linkedin.com/in/hayzlett/), empowers business leaders to [think big and act bigger](https://allyenergy.com/think-big-dream-big-act-big-be-yourself/). Drawing upon his own business back stories, including his time as CMO of Eastman Kodak, and sharing examples from the many leaders featured on *The C-Suite with Jeff Hayzlett*, Hayzlett imparts core lessons that dare listeners to own who they are as leaders and/or companies, define where they want to go, and fearlessly do what it takes to get there. Caring less about conventional wisdom, reframing limitations, and steamrolling obstacles as they go will lead to big actions.
Jeffrey took down the stage at Rice University during HERWorld17. He talked about the need for radical transparency to change and clock changers who make a difference. Hayzlett talked about the need to cause tension (or to become the Chief Tension Officer) in order to drive change.
