The new board appointees are Albert Bourla, CEO, Pfizer; Dara Khosrowshahi, CEO, Uber; Brian Moynihan, Chairman & CEO, Bank of America; Elliott Portnoy, Global CEO, Dentons; Kathy Warden, CEO & President, Northrop Grumman Corporation; and Howard Willard, Chairman & CEO, Altria Group.
