I am very proud of our 16,000 employees in over 50 countries who have achieved that goal. And who are working hard every day to maintain our leading position. Importantly, we expanded our goal to also be the most diverse and inclusive industrial gas company. That is because the only sustainable element of long-term competitive advantage is the degree of commitment and motivation of employees. And you cannot ignite this kind of passion in your employees unless you create an environment where they are excited to work. People want to feel connected to their organization and valued for their thoughts and contributions. In other words, **you need an inclusive culture where everyone is empowered to realize his or her true potential**.
