Guests joined at the Bell Tower on 34th in Houston and online to participate in this year's celebration.  In the morning, Kevin Crowley of Bloomberg hosted a fireside chat with Katie Mehnert,  CEO of ALLY Energy.  In this candid interview, they talk about the energy workforce, ESG, and the generational headwinds for the sector grappling with a shortage of talent.
