Parking:
Self Parking - The parking lot for the Briar Club is across the street. There is a covered walkway from the garage over the street on the 3rd floor. This leads you directly to the entrance of the building.  Enter the Briar Club from the walkway, the Magnolia room is to the right.
Valet Parking - We are happy to provide complimentary valet. To access, please pull into the circle drive outside the clubhouse where the attendants are waiting to greet you. Tips are not included but Venmo option is available. From the Valet desk, enter the Club and follow the stairs to your right to the Magnolia ballroom.

I lost my confirmation email.  How do I reconfirm my seats?

If you have already registered, please come to the event, and we can check you in using the information you entered online.

Where do I get my badge?

When you arrive at registration, find your badge by last name.

I have a guest who isn’t registered, will you allow registration at the door?

If you are registering late, please email support@allyenergy.com or come to the event and we can enroll you in person (providing the event is not sold out).

What time do we eat?

Breakfast buffet begins at 7:45 am. Lunch buffet will begin at 11:30 AM

What if I have dietary restrictions?

The menu was selected with Vegetarians/Vegans in mind. If you indicated a dietary restriction, it has been noted. Unfortunately, we aren't able to guarantee dietary restrictions for late registrants.

I did not register. Can I still attend?

You may register for in-person attendance here. However, you may still register for an online seat here.
