We’re thrilled you’ll be joining us for the launch of The Ask. Below is everything you need to know to make your experience seamless — whether you're attending in person or online.

IN-PERSON INFORMATION

Tickets: Please have your ticket confirmation ready (digital is fine).
 
Parking Instructions
 

  • Guests may park in West Lot 5 for the event.

  • If Your Ticket Includes Free Parking

    • Arrive before 9:30 AM for automatic gate access.

    • After 9:30 AM, press the “Attendant” button and mention complimentary event parking.

    • Be prepared to show your event parking pass/receipt if requested.

  • If Your Ticket Does NOT Include Parking

    • $1 per 10 minutes, up to a $13 daily maximum.

    • Credit card payment required at the gate upon exit.

ONLINE ATTENDEES

  • A calendar invitation will be sent to attendees to help you mark your calendar.

  • The livestream will open 15 minutes before the program begins at 9:45 AM CT.

  • The event will also be streamed live on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

I lost my confirmation email.  How do I reconfirm my seats?

Please send us an email at support@allyenergy.com.

Will I be able to sit anywhere?

Guests with VIP Admission will enjoy access to a reserved VIP seating section at the front of the auditorium for the fireside chat and program. General Admission guests are welcome to sit in any of the open, non-reserved seats available on a first-come, first-served basis.

I have a guest who isn’t registered. Will you allow registration at the door?

Tickets may be purchased online ahead of time or at the reception area on the day of the event.
