​We built our company a decade ago with the industry at the table. What started with a focus on female talent in oil and gas has grown to look at the energy talent ecosystem. The market leaders of the future will be human-centric enterprises. As customers, friends, and partners, we want you at the design table.  This focused workshop will bring together business visionaries, HR leaders, artists, scientists, engineers, and forward-thinking next-generation talent to build this next step.

 

​In these critical moments in our industry, leaders have the opportunity and obligation to build a long-term strategy and practice of a sustainable and inclusive workforce. You will learn more about the science of talent and culture and how we know AI for Good can help. Together, we'll define pain points and co-create what solutions need to be built in the immediate near, and longer term.
