2024 PARTNERSHIP
-
Your kickoff call will include a review of your goals, and benefits, alignment on metrics, success criteria, key stakeholders, and timeline and tools for launch.
-
Each year we need you to confirm key stakeholders who will manage and take advantage of the benefits of your membership. This is why it's mandatory that you create or log in to edit your profile. Your profile is how we track your membership, benefits, and use. We cannot make any exceptions.
-
Step 2: To find your company's profile, visit here.
This profile will need to be maintained by someone at your company. As things change often, we recommend that you set up a functional mailbox to maintain this account. This functional mailbox could be careers@ or ally@. Once you've set up this functional mailbox, please get in touch with support so we can complete the process of updating your company's profile.
The profile needs to be revisited at a minimum annually to assure accurate information.
ALLY Energy is in the process of cleaning up old profile accounts for companies. To get a copy of your member data, please reach out to support.
-
Your benefits statement was sent to you via email along with any invoice that might be due at this time. Your membership renews based on the term in the statement. Please take a moment to review it and send any questions you may have.
This statement needs to be signed/acknowledged. Please sign this statement and/or let us know who should sign.
If you need to get in touch with us about benefits or billing please log your support request here.
-
Each year you are allotted a specific number of council members. Have each fill out the form to get enrolled. Note, all nominations are due to allow for the councils to join our Annual Meeting with Council Kickoffs in February.
These forms are required even if you are the contact person for the councils.
You can find out how many council members and delegates you receive in the benefits statement we sent you via email.
- ALLY Council Member Form
- ERG Council Member Form
- ESG Council Member Form
- Once your council members sign up for a profile they can be invited to meetings and provided details.
-
Be sure to subscribe to our annual calendar here - this allows you to take note of all our key dates for the year.
Then be sure to RSVP to the annual meeting and VIP dinner.
-
Where can I get help?
We have an online knowledge base, you can log a ticket, give us a call during business hours, or chat with the ALLY bot on your lower right-hand screen.
We're not getting emails from you. How do we fix this?
Please provide this help article to your IT department. You should also reach out to us to log a ticket, to have our team troubleshoot with yours.
Do you have communications tools to help me share about our broader membership with the organization?
You are licensed to use our logos and can access those here. You may also want to use our communications toolkit here. Feel free to edit our messaging to suit your audience. Check out the corporate membership launch guide here too.
Can someone set up a time to speak with my organization in person?
Yes please reach out to your account manager and we'll setup a time.
-
In 2024, we've put together a new sponsorship guide. Your membership gives you access to a limited number of events and then you have the option to purchase more seats and/or sponsor.
Sponsorship is a powerful way to align your brand with ALLY's mission and values.
