At Pink Petro, we care about moving the needle on equality in business, especially in energy.

As a supportive partner to our friends at LeanIn.org, we are extending an invitation to participate in the 2019 Women in the Workplace study conducted by LeanIn.Org and McKinsey & Company.

LeanIn.org and McKinsey release the Women in the Workplace study every year to track how women are progressing in corporate America and give companies the information they need to advance women and improve diversity within their organization.

Will you join us this year?

Participating in this study gives your company the data you need to track progress over time and help hire, retain, and promote more talented women. You will receive a custom report at no cost with a detailed analysis of your company’s data benchmarked against other participating companies. As always, your company’s data will be kept completely confidential; only aggregated data is seen by anyone outside of McKinsey.

Past participants say this data helps inform practices and policies in ways that matter.

  • “There is a trove of valuable insights that can help us with our inclusion goals and deliver sustained high performance across our business” – One of the country's largest utilities
  • “The piece is so well done and helps leaders like myself put things in such clear priority. Where we are doing ‘well’ and how far we have to go.” – Leading medtech player
  • “We are very excited to digest this information and use it to drive change. We want to walk the walk, and this will be extremely helpful in helping us get there.”– Large foodservice distributor

Please note that this study is only for companies in the US at the moment. If you are interested in participating, or would like more information, please reach out to workplacesurvey@mckinsey.com.
